Fran moved to Naperville in 1976 when the population was less than 30,000 and Mayor Pradel was Officer Friendly. Fran went to the local public schools and she knows Naperville from growing up here.
From living here, she watched it change from the small town of yesteryear to the fast paced, event filled community that now has planning boundaries just over 52 square miles!! Naperville spreads about 9.8 miles from North to South and averages about 6 miles from East to West.
